ZONES OF REGULATION
In Reception we use the zones of regulation to help us identify and talk about our feelings. We use the different zones to tell our teachers how we are feeling in the morning and we are finding out strategies to get back to green!

All About Me!
This half term we have been thinking all about ourselves! We have spent time creating self portraits, talking about our families and taking part in activities to support our learning.
We have been thinking about our feelings and learning how to recognise how we feel. We read the story 'The Colour Monster' together and discussed all of the different feelings we came across!
Autumn
We have also been thinking a lot about the season we are in.. Autumn!
The children have enjoyed taking part in crafts, reading stories and exploring Autumn natural resources in our Investigation Area.
